- Monkey head mushrooms
-Black sesame oil
-Bring a soup pot of water to boil. Slice ginger and bamboo. Cut monkey head mushrooms into chunks.
-In a heated wok stir fry sesame oil and ginger until fragrant. Transfer the content into the soup pot. Add bamboos and allow to simmer. Before serving, add monkey head mushrooms. Bring to boil. Season with salt, mushroom seasoning and sugar.
