In addition to an expanded Online Zendo schedule, we are offering a weekly drop-in Sangha Practice Session with Abbot David Zimmerman. These sessions are hosted on Zoom and feature:
- 25 minutes of zazen
- a brief dharma reflection or encouragement from the abbot
- an opportunity for group practice sharing and discussion
All are invited. You can easily join using a computer, laptop, mobile device, or phone.
